The last three weeks have been a whirlwind of activity as we have seen the 2010 summer tour come to a close. Our first week was spent in Michigan, where we led a Sunday morning worship service, then served at a VBS for the remainder of the week.During our time there we also participated in helping the churches youth group collect bottles and cans for a fund raiser they were doing. It was good to be able to connect on a more personal level with some of the youth, and show them the life of Christ on a day to day basis.
Following this week we had opportunity to serve as counselors at Camp Judah, located about 45 minutes from Elim campus. It was a fun opportunity to be a part of such a hungry group of young people, coming from similar church backgrounds, and united in their belief and purpose for being at the camp.We closed this week out with an outdoor worship service held about fifteen minutes from the camp.
Our final week on the road we traveled to Adams, NY and worked with the Edge Teen Center, a ministry the team has opportunity to work with every year.It was a blessing to be able to minister alongside of the pastors there, to reconnect with youth we had met on previous trips, and to share the challenge of “Who is Christ to you?” to the teens. It was an encouraging time, and a blessing to be able to close out this tour with our time with them.
It has been a challenging summer, facing many difficulties and obstacles, but we were able to stick it out, to press through, and see the faithfulness of the Lord in it all.He is worth serving, worth living for, and worth surrendering our all to.Blessings to all who have read this and “traveled” with us for this summer.Until next time!

So we have been in the great country up north called Canada for the last week. God is so good and we have been able to see what He is doing even in the small ways. We started out this week by helping to minister at a VBS camp called Hannah Lake Bible Camp near Sudbury, Ontario. Many of the young people did not grow up in the church or knew the Bible. So may times the simplest of stories had to be explained. They became passionate and filled with an eager desire to know more about God the Father because of how fresh the Word of God was to them.
After the VBS we had the opportunity to minister at an inner city mission in Sudbury leading in music for an hour. Most of the people were unchurched and unfamiliar with the music, but a couple were thrilled that we were there worshiping God. On Sunday we had the privilege of ministering at a youth detention center where the hardest of young people are sent to carry out their time. It was an awesome experience to see God working and changing their hearts while we were there. God is such an awesome God and He was drawing them ever closer to His heart.

We started off on the 5th through the 7th by handing out flyers for an awesome youth sports camp that will be happening in Sault Ste. Marie. Then we had a wonderful opportunity to spend a couple days with some of our friends from Elim. We continued our ministry in Michigan through Sunday and then drove back to Elim where we stayed for a couple days. We then spent three days at Mount Zion Retreat Center where we had the opportunity to do some service projects as well as spend time fellowshipping.
We spent this last week ministering at Penn York Camp in Ulysses, PA. It was such an awesome experience because we were the ministry team for the morning, but had the opportunity to spend time with the kids and be ministered to through the services at night. God's presence really came and it was so powerful to see the lives and hearts of the young people be changed. They were ministered to by the heart of God and often times it had nothing to do with us. This is our goal, to be transparent that others will not see us but Christ within us.

We started out these next two weeks worshiping the Lord with two great families of the church body (Faith Mountain and Living Hope). This kicked us off for another week of camp at His Thousand Hills. This week we had the privilege of ministering to the Jr. camp as counselors and the drama / verse team. God moved very powerfully through the lives of the kids and began to show them who He was in ways they had never known. The ministry and our interaction with the kids was very different from the previous week with the teens. God showed us that He works in many different ways and has no problem relating the gospel to any age group.
Once we finished at His Thousand Hills, we had the great privilege of traveling to the state Michigan for a couple weeks of ministry. We kicked it off ministering and fellowshipping with the people from River of God in Romeo. We ministered in the area through the 30th and then proceeded to Mackinac Island where we ministered for four days. The Island is beautiful this time of year and we had the opportunity to stay through the night of the 4th which was nice so that we could see the fireworks. It was such a privilege to minister along side the pastor and his wife who live on the Island year round and minister out of their own needs. God is always so good and it is challenging to see those whom serve Him when they have given up everything in order to do so.

Kingdom Force is finally into its first full month of ministry for the summer. We started out this month keeping it local ministering in the Elim area for a couple weeks. God is continually showing us His awesome presence and revealing to us His perfect will and timing. Each church that we minister at shows us a different side of the body of Christ. God is bringing great change through His Spirit everywhere we go, and bringing about a fresh understanding of the way He seeks to use us.
We just finished up our first week at His Thousand Hills Camp in Wellsboro, PA. This week was teen camp and our team (Kingdom Force) had a blast just pouring into the young people who came out for the week. We had the awesome opportunity to be camp counselors and have continuous day to day interaction with the teens all week. God moved powerfully and brought about great change in the lives of both the campers and counselors. We were greatly blessed through this experience and our eyes were opened to how good God really is. Our God truly is a great God.
